I chose JDM because of their proximity to my home location and the impression of their website - was glad I did. Contact and communication was outstanding, Jack was completely on-side and helpful, and the work was done quickly and to the highest of standards. My follow-up questions about fish, pond plants, and other, miscellaneous matters were all dealt with, and JDM are my new “go-to” company. Rang Jack after finding him on line about my leaking pond. He came the same day to see what he could do and he advised to fibreglass it as this would last a lot longer.  He came on the Monday to take out the pond liner and make good for the team to fibreglass the pond. Unfortunately, the bottom of the pond was sand and needed a concrete base which was done the following day and the fibre glassing on the Friday as already planned. Because of the heat they had to finish it on the Monday. I am very pleased with the finished job which will last my life time. This was a perfect experience from start to finish. Jack arrived as agreed to view our proposed pond position, we discussed the possibilities and he left us, without any pressure to decide how to proceed, after providing a quotation and various options. We confirmed our preference is agreed a date, and Jack and hiss team arrived on the day, worked very hard in high temperature to complete a wonderful pond , planted and framed with rocks and pebbles.
